About Jack and Pickles Amusements
Jack and Pickles Shanty
The Hub of Jack and Pickles Amusements is our shanty, located on Smith Island, (Ewell), where tourists and locals can gather to watch the beautiful island sunsets, play deck games, talk, enjoy a fire pit, retro arcade games and mini claw machines. The shanty offers unique and fun entertainment for all ages. Snacks and drinks are available as concession. BYOB are welcome.
Jack and Pickles Yard
Jack and Pickles Yard features the Mini Village Play Yard, as well as rental children's bikes, and kayaks. Our rentals are good for day, and overnight for staying guests. Kayak rentals will be delivered to the ramp for you and our prices are very competitive. To book your rental ahead of time, text or call!

The Littles love our mini village and pretend play abounds! Children's imaginations flourish with our play crab Shanty, Post Office, Gas Station, Firehouse and Bakery Barn, all complete with props and vehicles ! Each building in the Smith Island Mini Village has an interactive QR code for real island information that's geared towards young learners. Have a relaxing and fun event with us! Parties of all kinds can be enjoyed with our self-guilded venue. Children's Birthday parties are ideal, as patrons can enjoy all of our amusements, at their leisure, while also enjoying the rest of what Smith Island has to offer. Acquire your wristbands for each guest and come and go as you please. Private parties and rental of our shanty are encouraged!

Retro Arcade and Mini Cranes
Our shanty offers a wealth of classic arcade games on modern machines. Each of our machines has multiple games, all of which offers over 700 GenX classics. Play passes include playing all arcades and come and go as you please for only $3, all day pass. Our mini crane machines allow you to play until you win for only $1!
